We welcome your furry friends at Avondale at Kempsville. Cats and Dogs Welcome. We have a 2-pet limit. There is a one-time pet fee of $250 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 pets. There is a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Please contact the Leasing Office for complete pet policy details.
